buy it, or dont care it
i am still thinking of what's the point of explaining everything clearly when the opposite won't even buy your story or reason, they will just said "oh, lame excuses/the problems can be avoided right??" and don't care about you, why do we really go to that very extend to explain in the first place, might as well shut up first.Since they don't buy your reason, might as well keep quiet, right? Btw, people, have you every heard of a employer (worker) asking a employee (boss) on "why were you late??? " it just some sort of disrespect. Well, think the employer are simply, no respect at all, might as well sack him, to save trouble, right??? Just to say abit of today Parade (NPAP) training, quite a lot of casualty, because of the HEAT that they are feeling giddy etc, maybe i didn't ask them to drink water before forming up, perhaps it is my fault. i will make sure they hydrate before forming up. Other than that, they drills are ........... yup, u know what i mean. Got to push them hard on it. well see ya, later need to report in the morning to HTA sign off 02.32AM |
