STAFF SERGEANTFor today onwards, i will be a Staff Sergeant, Some how, i feel that i should be wearing the Sergeant rank instead of Staff Sergeant as Sergeant rank give me a lot of memories. Memories like NPCC Day Parade, Campcraft competition as a captain, Fancy drill 2007 and much more. Just for that, it makes me feel that i just worth a Sergeant not a Staff, instead, i seriously like Sergeant more, althought they are not so good as Staff Sergeant rank, and also, i think of myself still dont have the quality of holding a Staff yet. Campcraft training, first train our reflexes, tiring, like doing shuttle-run for 10mins. After that, do our training already. First time timing was 11 mins, to me still quite good, but to CI it is not, as we did 7mins 10seconds before. AFter the first training, my CI sort of scolding-talking to me, as i not been a good and wonderful captain, yeah, i agree, cause he said one thing, which is motivate, i still cannot really motivate them, so i need to do a good job for them to see, and from there i can motivate them. Okay, from now on, I really have to show what a captain is inside me, i WANT to lead them to the top. So i will be 'hiong' for the next few training. We doing some drills after training, for sooo long, we have not have our fun, until today, i can sense that everyone is enjoyed doing drills. Today training makes a memory to 8 Staff Sergeant (included me), and one more person which is Tham. 8 Staff get promoted, while Tham get what he wants finaly. Here, what i want to say to Tham is that, since you got hold on to the key to the heaven, treasure it, and DONT PON NPCC, -.- The moment i get promoted, i really want to show it to you, but do i have the quality to do so??? I guess not, i still dont have the quality. 2 more days to Valentine's day, my CIs, Jun Qi Sir and Joo Teng Sir, and my seniors, Jie Hao and Wen Jing asked me who i will be celebrating it with, well, that moment i felt like telling them that i want to celebrate with you, but i never say it, as i know it wont be happpening, I for sure. Still been wondering this, am i really a good senior and NCO??? |
